A Letter To Our Customers - Coronavirus Precautions

Spirit of ‘76 would like to let you know that we are taking the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic seriously. We are taking steps to keep our staff and customers healthy and to help prevent the spread of this virus. At the same time, we are doing our best to continue delivering the best customer service in the fireworks industry.
Effective March 19th, Spirit of ‘76 will modify operations to do our part to curb the spread of this historic virus. Our sales department (and other office staff) will start operating remotely through at least April 6th. Our warehouse, however, will remain open for both inbound container receipt and outbound customer shipments. We are fortunate that we have planned for a contingency like this and believe there will be little to no changes to the great services we provide.
How we will continue to serve you:
Our website will continue to run 24/7 with real-time inventory and pricing.
Our sales team will still answer phone calls during regular business hours (CDT) and respond to voice messages the next business day
We will continue to respond to emails sent to email@example.com , sent directly to your account rep, or to anyone at Spirit of ‘76 in a timely manner
We will continue to ship orders as scheduled
Ways our internal changes may affect you:
Our offices and retail store are closed to visitors through at least April 6, 2020
Pickups will not be available through at least April 6, 2020
Customer service is still our #1 priority. While temporary, we feel these steps are necessary to protect you and our communities. We will continue to keep you informed if this plan changes.
